This is a VR multiplayer tag game featuring unique gorilla-style locomotion where players move by swinging their arms.

Arm-Swinging Movement: Move by swinging your arms naturally - no joysticks needed
Physical Gameplay: Jump by swinging upward, climb using grip buttons, tag by touching other players
VR Required: Requires VR headset (Oculus Quest 2/3/Pro, HTC Vive, Valve Index, Pico)
Play Space: Minimum 6.5ft x 6.5ft (2m x 2m) recommended for safe play

4. Microphone & Recording Policy

Voice chat is a core feature for social interaction and team coordination.

Voice Chat Usage

Proximity Chat: Voice audio fades based on distance between players in VR space
Push-to-Talk: Optional setting for players who prefer manual voice activation
Voice Settings: Adjust volume, mute individual players, or disable voice chat entirely
Voice Moderation: Automated noise gate prevents background noise transmission

Recording & Privacy

For Moderation: Voice chat may be recorded when a player is reported for harassment or inappropriate behavior
Recording Retention: Recordings are stored encrypted for 30 days, then automatically deleted
Access Control: Only authorized moderators can access recordings for investigation
No Third-Party Sharing: We never share voice recordings with third parties or AI training models
Opt-Out: Players can disable voice chat entirely in settings

Consent

By using voice chat, you consent to:

Your voice being transmitted to other players in your proximity
Voice recordings being captured if you are reported for policy violations
Anonymized voice data being used to improve voice chat quality

5. VR Safety Guidelines

Clear Play Area: Remove furniture, pets, and people from your play space before playing
Wrist Straps: Always use wrist straps to prevent controller damage or injury
Physical Awareness: Take breaks every 30 minutes to prevent fatigue and motion sickness
Age Recommendation: 13+ due to physical movement requirements and social features
Medical Conditions: Consult a doctor before playing if you have balance disorders, epilepsy, or heart conditions
Hydration: Keep water nearby - this is a physically active game

6. Game Rules & Code of Conduct

All players must follow these rules. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans.

Prohibited Actions

Cheating: No modified clients, speed hacks, auto-tag scripts, or any third-party software that gives unfair advantage
Exploiting: No intentional use of bugs, glitches, or map exploits
Harassment: No hate speech, bullying, threats, or inappropriate language in voice or text
Spamming: No voice spam, soundboard abuse, or disruptive behavior
Impersonation: No pretending to be staff members or other players
Personal Space: No intentionally invading personal space or blocking players
Inappropriate Content: No offensive usernames, avatars, or cosmetics
Real-World Threats: Zero tolerance for threats of violence or doxxing

Ban System & Penalties

Warning: First-time minor offenses receive a written warning
24-Hour Ban: Second minor offense or first moderate offense
7-Day Ban: Repeated offenses or serious violations
30-Day Ban: Severe violations or multiple previous bans
Permanent Ban: Cheating, harassment, threats, or evading bans
Hardware ID Ban: Permanent bans include hardware ID to prevent alt accounts

7. Ban Appeals Process

If you believe you were banned unfairly:

Include your in-game username, date of ban, and reason for appeal
Provide any evidence that supports your case (screenshots, recordings)
Allow 3-5 business days for review
Appeals are reviewed by our moderation team, and decisions are final
False appeals or harassment of staff may extend ban duration

8. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary to provide and improve our services.

Virtual Currency: In-game currency can be purchased or earned through gameplay
Refund Policy: All in-game purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law
Account Ban: Banned accounts forfeit all purchased cosmetics without refund

10. Intellectual Property

Game Content: All code, assets, music, and designs are property of Stable Mods / LawwStudios
No Reproduction: You may not copy, modify, or redistribute game content
Streaming: You may stream game content on platforms like Twitch and YouTube
Fan Content: Fan art and videos are encouraged, but cannot be sold commercially

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect game changes or legal requirements
Major changes will be announced in-game and on our Discord server
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
